Godzilla

ActionAdventureSci-FiThriller139 min

French nuclear tests mutate an iguana into a giant creature that attacks ships in the Pacific and then surfaces in Manhattan, where scientists and the U.S. military scramble to stop it before it can reproduce. Matthew Broderick is biologist Niko Tatopoulos, the expert brought in as Godzilla turns New York into a battleground of evacuations, chases, and failed missile strikes. With Jean Reno among the specialists pulled into the response, the hunt widens from figuring out what the monster is to containing why it came to the city in the first place.
