The Witch: Part 1 - The Subversion
ActionAdventureDramaMysterySci-Fi125 min
A teenage girl who escaped a secret facility grows up on a rural farm with no memory of how she got there. When money problems push her to appear on a television audition show, the publicity puts her back in the path of the people who have been searching for her. Strange figures close in, old fragments of her past start to surface, and what looked like a quiet coming-of-age story turns into a hunt. As the pressure mounts, Ja-yoon, played by Kim Da-mi, has to figure out why powerful groups want her and what was done to make her more dangerous than anyone expects.
