The Secret of the Magic Pot
126 min
A cowardly police constable begins his first days on duty in a small town and immediately runs into a problem he may not be equipped to handle: a convicted felon in the local lockup is looking for revenge. The story keeps its focus on one uneasy posting, where fear, pride, and the pressures of a tight-knit community can turn ordinary routines into public embarrassment. Framed around small-town life, the setup mixes situational comedy with a streak of social satire, building its tension from local relationships, awkward authority, and the constable’s attempt to stay one step ahead.
