Raised by the Horde and trained to fight for its cause, teenager Adora discovers a sword that transforms her into She-Ra and upends everything she thought she knew. Realizing the Horde serves the tyrannical Lord Hordak, she leaves behind the only life she has known and joins a growing rebellion. As Adora learns what it means to wield her new power, she must unite a scattered alliance of magical princesses who do not easily trust one another. The war is personal, too: former friend Catra remains with the Horde, turning their shared past into a running battle that keeps raising the stakes.
