The Vast of Night

DramaMysterySci-FiThriller91 min

In late-1950s New Mexico, teenage switchboard operator Fay Crocker (Sierra McCormick) and Jake Horowitz's radio DJ Everett Sloan pick up a strange frequency moving through the town's phone lines and airwaves. While most of their small town is gathered at a high school basketball game, Fay and Everett start following the signal from the switchboard to the radio booth, piecing it together through late-night calls, taped voices, and on-air conversations. As the night stretches toward dawn, their search pulls the familiar rhythms of town life into something far less explainable.
