Wake Up Sid
ComedyDramaRomance138 min
In contemporary Mumbai, Siddharth "Sid" Mehra drifts through college on family money, avoiding responsibility and treating the future like something that can wait. A failed exam and a blowup at home force him out of that comfort, leaving him to figure out how to live on his own for the first time. As Sid stumbles through basic adulthood, he grows close to Aisha, a newly arrived writer from Kolkata who is trying to build a life and career in the city. Ranbir Kapoor and Konkona Sen Sharma anchor a story in which friendship, work, and first love push Sid to face the person he has been and the one he might become.
