Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me
DramaHorrorMysteryThriller135 min
David Lynch’s prequel opens in Deer Meadow, Washington, where Chris Isaak is FBI Agent Chester Desmond, investigating the murder of a teen girl before he vanishes. The film then follows Sheryl Lee’s Laura Palmer through her final days in Twin Peaks: a homecoming queen and high school student living a secret double life, caught between family pressures, drug use, violent visions, and the sense that something in town is closing in on her. Familiar faces from the series drift through the story as the mystery around Laura sharpens and the town’s hidden life comes into view.
