DramaHorrorMysteryThriller170 min

After five years away, psychiatrist Yehia returns to Cairo’s Abbasiya Hospital and is handed a disturbing case: the patient he must evaluate is an old friend. Karim Abdel Aziz is Yehia, stepping back into the psychiatric ward just as the job begins to blur memory, guilt, and what he can trust. Across interviews and mounting revelations, Khaled El-Sawi’s patient becomes the center of a mystery tied to buried secrets and Yehia’s own shifting sense of reality. Inside the hospital’s locked rooms and case files, the line between diagnosis and something harder to explain starts to narrow.
