ComedyDramaFamily23 min per episode
Best friends CeCe Jones and Rocky Blue land spots as background dancers on a local TV show, Shake It Up Chicago, and suddenly their school lives get a lot more complicated. Between rehearsals, on-set mix-ups, and the scramble to keep up with new attention at school, every small mistake has a way of turning into a bigger mess. CeCe charges into trouble while Rocky tries to keep things together, but both have to figure out how to balance friendship, family, and the pressure that comes with being part of the show. Bella Thorne and Zendaya lead a series built around backstage mishaps, dance dreams, and everyday teen problems.
