Starstruck
ComedyRomance22 min per episode
Jessie is a broke 20-something in East London whose drunken New Year’s Eve hookup gets much more complicated when she learns the guy is a film star. Rose Matafeo’s Jessie meets the mismatch with blunt humor and constant awkwardness, while Nikesh Patel is the unexpectedly attentive celebrity she can’t quite write off as a mistake. As they keep running into each other, the show moves between flatshare chaos, dead-end jobs, and the strange imbalance of dating someone whose face is suddenly everywhere. Minnie Driver appears in a guest role.
