Midwinter Break
Drama90 min
Stella and Gerry, a longtime retired couple, arrive in Amsterdam only to find their marriage at a crossroads. Lesley Manville is Stella, facing the weight of shared memories, old promises, and wounds that have stayed buried for years; opposite her, Ciarán Hinds's Gerry is pulled into the same reckoning. As the trip unfolds, the pair confront the history they’ve built together and the uncertainty of what comes next. Midwinter Break follows a relationship in transition, with a holiday abroad turning into a quiet confrontation with the past and a difficult look at the future.
