Amanda Waller can’t use human operatives for this mission, so she assembles a black-ops squad made up of monsters. The team is sent into dangerous assignments where brute force is useful, but control is never guaranteed. Each member brings a different kind of menace to the field, and the job gets harder as clashing instincts, violent methods, and government secrecy pull the unit in different directions. What begins as a covert operation becomes a test of whether creatures built to terrify can function as soldiers at all. Viola Davis voices Waller as the one trying to keep the squad pointed at the target, while the missions keep threatening to come apart from within.
