Dogman

CrimeDramaThriller103 min

In a seaside neighborhood on the outskirts of an Italian city, Marcello Fonte is Marcello, a gentle dog groomer who divides his time between a tiny salon, his daughter, and small-time criminal errands. The pressure comes from Edoardo Pesce's Simone, a violent former boxer who terrorizes the area and keeps Marcello under his thumb. As Simone's demands grow more dangerous, Marcello's place in the neighborhood starts to unravel. Between the cramped dog cages, backroom deals, and the daily humiliations of living beside a bully no one can stop, the story follows a quiet man pushed toward retaliation.
