The House
ComedyCrime88 min
After their daughter’s college scholarship falls through, Scott and Kate Johansen scramble for a way to cover tuition and settle on a reckless solution: turning a friend’s suburban home into an underground casino. Will Ferrell and Amy Poehler are the increasingly desperate parents, while their neighbor Frank (Jason Mantzoukas) offers both the house and a talent for bad ideas. What begins as a quick-money scheme grows into a full neighborhood operation, with secret gamblers, mounting risk, and a backyard version of Vegas taking over an otherwise ordinary block.
