After an accident leaves a young man half-human and half-spirit, he’s pulled into an underworld company of grim reapers and assigned to special missions involving people on the edge of giving up. Rowoon is the reluctant recruit learning how this afterlife bureaucracy works, while Kim Hee-seon is part of the team that no longer just guides the dead, but steps in to save the living. The series mixes workplace structure with supernatural cases, moving between earthly crises and the rules of the world beyond death.
