The Retirement Plan
ActionAdventureComedyCrimeDramaThriller103 min
When Ashley and her young daughter Sarah are pulled into a criminal mess that puts them in danger, she heads to the Cayman Islands to find the one person who might keep them alive: her estranged father. Nicolas Cage is Matt, a beach bum whose quiet retirement turns out to hide a past Ashley never knew about, while Ashley Greene's Ashley is forced into a reunion she never expected. Any refuge disappears when crime boss Donnie (Jackie Earle Haley) and his lieutenant Bobo (Ron Perlman) track them to the island, pulling three generations of the family into a standoff that turns Matt's laid-back new life inside out.
