Hereafter

DramaFantasyRomance129 min

Death touches three strangers on different continents: George (Matt Damon), a blue-collar American with an unwanted ability to communicate with the dead; Marie (Cécile De France), a French journalist whose worldview shifts after a near-death experience during the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami; and Marcus, a London schoolboy shaken by a sudden loss. Directed by Clint Eastwood, the film moves between the U.S., France, and London as each of them tries to make sense of what happened and what might exist beyond death.
