Down a Dark Hall

DramaFantasyHorrorMysteryThriller96 min

Kit (AnnaSophia Robb), a troubled teenager, is sent to the exclusive Blackwood boarding school, where only four other girls have been admitted under the watch of the enigmatic Madame Duret. Uma Thurman’s headmistress runs the manor with strict routines and a polished chill, promising lessons in the four pillars of knowledge while keeping much of the school off-limits. As Kit explores Blackwood’s corridors and grows closer to the other students, the isolation, the faculty, and the house itself begin to suggest that Blackwood was built for something far stranger than discipline.
