In Love and Deep Water
ComedyMysteryRomanceThriller125 min
A devoted butler aboard a luxury cruise finds his orderly routine upended when he meets a woman who insists their partners are about to cheat on them back in Japan. Ryo Yoshizawa is Suguru, whose encounter with Aoi Miyazaki’s Chizuru turns stranger when they spot a body floating in the ship’s rooftop pool — and the other witnesses act as if nothing happened. As the ship keeps moving, Suguru and Chizuru work through evasive passengers, tangled relationships, and a murder case that leaves them isolated in the middle of the sea.
