The Sadness

HorrorThriller99 min

A pandemic outbreak separates a young couple as they try to reunite in Taiwan amid a virus that drives the infected toward murder, assault, and public brutality. Berant Zhu and Regina Lei are the pair at the center, pushing through streets where ordinary routines have collapsed in a matter of hours. As the outbreak spreads, the film stays close to their attempts to find each other while the city gives way to panic, cruelty, and graphic body horror.
