Major League II
Comedy105 min
After falling short of the World Series, the Cleveland Indians come into a new season as contenders — and immediately start coming apart. Owner Rachel Phelps (Margaret Whitton) buys back the team, the club’s edge gives way to ego and complacency, and veterans have to fight for their spots. Tom Berenger’s Jake Taylor is no longer secure behind the plate, with David Keith’s swaggering catcher Jack Parkman pushing in, while Omar Epps takes over center field as Willie Mays Hayes. Charlie Sheen and Corbin Bernsen return as the Indians try to keep a winning season from slipping away.
