Iyer in Arabia
Comedy140 min
An orthodox father who shrugs off history travels to Dubai with his more forward-looking wife to visit their son, and the trip unsettles the certainties he brought with him. Mukesh is the father at the center of the friction, while Urvashi brings a sharper historical awareness and a different sense of where the family is headed. Built around family clashes, cross-cultural misunderstandings, and everyday encounters in a new setting, the film uses the visit to turn tradition, heritage, and modern life into comic tension.
