Department Q: The Absent One
CrimeDramaMysteryThriller119 min
A former police officer asks Department Q chief Carl Mørck to revisit the 1994 murder of his young twins, a case that ended with a confession and conviction. Nikolaj Lie Kaas is Carl, reopening the file with partner Assad, played by Fares Fares, after signs emerge that something in the original investigation was badly wrong. Their search reaches back to an elite boarding school, a hunting party, and a group of well-connected former students, turning a closed case into a fresh murder inquiry.
