Rogue Heroes

ActionDramaThrillerWar58 min per episode

In the North African desert during World War II, a frustrated British officer decides the war is being fought the wrong way. After the regular army stalls against German forces, he pushes for a new kind of unit: a small band that can cross harsh terrain, strike deep behind enemy lines, and vanish before a counterattack arrives. The plan sounds reckless even to his own side, and building the team means pulling in difficult, undisciplined soldiers who do not fit anywhere else. As raids begin, the men face brutal conditions, shaky leadership, and missions that could end the experiment before it takes hold. Created by Steven Knight, the series follows the rough beginnings of the SAS.
