Enigma

DramaMysteryRomanceThrillerWar119 min

At Britain’s wartime codebreaking center during World War II, mathematician Tom Jericho is called back when German U-boat signals stop making sense and Allied ships are at risk. Dougray Scott is Jericho, a gifted analyst still shaken by the disappearance of his lover Claire (Saffron Burrows). As he works to break the Enigma cipher, he joins Kate Winslet’s Hester, Claire’s roommate, and follows clues that connect the missing woman to espionage within the secret operation. Intercepted messages, submarine movements, and tightly guarded intelligence push the film between cryptography, wartime secrecy, and a personal investigation.
