Ram Pothineni is Satya, a young idealist who arrives in Kurnool hoping for a brighter future and finds the city trapped in a gangster’s grip. Instead of keeping his head down, he decides the disease at the center of local power needs a different treatment, putting him on a collision course with the forces running the city. Krithi Shetty and Aadhi Pinisetty join the cast as the story moves through crime, retaliation and Satya’s refusal to accept the status quo.
