Wicked Little Letters

ComedyCrimeDramaMystery102 min

In a 1920s English seaside town, a string of anonymous letters packed with inventive profanity turns Littlehampton upside down and puts neighbor Rose Gooding under suspicion. Olivia Colman is Edith Swan, the deeply proper woman receiving some of the abuse, while Jessie Buckley’s Rose is the loud, sharp-tongued Irish migrant the town is quick to blame. As the scandal grows into a public spectacle, Police Officer Gladys Moss (Anjana Vasan) and a group of local women begin looking more closely at who could actually be behind the messages.
