The Monkey King: Reborn
ActionAdventureAnimationFamilyFantasy95 min
After a slight at a temple pushes the hot-tempered Monkey King too far, he smashes a sacred magic tree and accidentally brings an ancient Demon King back to life. The freed enemy kidnaps Tang Monk to avenge his long imprisonment, leaving Monkey King and his fellow disciples only three days to rescue their master before the demon regains his full powers. A Chinese animated fantasy with voice work from Xuecen Bai and Zhongyang Baomu, the story turns a moment of anger into a chase through temples, monsters, and a looming army.
