Partly Cloudy

AnimationComedyFamilyFantasy6 min

High above the earth, cloud people sculpt babies and hand them off to storks for delivery. Lori Richardson’s Gus is a lonely gray cloud with a talent for the difficult assignments—alligators, porcupines, rams, and eels—while his loyal stork partner Peck (Tony Fucile) is the one who has to carry them. Each new creation sends Peck into another hazardous pickup, with thunder, sharp spines, and snapping jaws turning a simple route into a battered routine. Beneath the slapstick, the film centers on the strain and affection between a cloud who keeps making trouble and the friend who keeps showing up.
