K-PAX

DramaMysterySci-Fi120 min

Kevin Spacey’s Prot is a psychiatric patient who insists he’s from the distant planet K-PAX, and his calm certainty unsettles both staff and fellow patients. Jeff Bridges is the psychiatrist assigned to assess him, approaching the case as a clinical puzzle until Prot’s detailed knowledge and unshakable story begin to strain ordinary explanations. As doctors, scientists, and other patients gather around the mystery, the film moves between hospital drama and an open question about who Prot really is, with Mary McCormack and Alfre Woodard among the ensemble.
