Jamnaprasad is a notorious miser who secretly hoards every rupee, determined to fulfill his father’s wish to go on the Char Dham Yatra. When his parents go missing during the pilgrimage after heavy floods, his careful accounting turns into a family emergency with money, duty, and old resentments tangled together. Kunal Kemmu leads the story’s domestic upheaval alongside Shweta Tripathi, with Piyush Mishra and Alka Amin among the family members caught in the fallout. The comedy stays close to everyday life, using Jamnaprasad’s extreme frugality to frame arguments about obligation, savings, and what money is actually for.
