House

ComedyFantasyHorror88 min

Gorgeous wants a connection to her late mother, so she heads into the Japanese countryside with six school friends to visit her ailing aunt’s ancestral house. Kimiko Ikegami is Gorgeous, and Yoko Minamida’s aunt sits at the center of a family visit that turns stranger by the hour as ghosts, a watchful cat, and a piano with a mind of its own begin to take over the house. What starts as a schoolgirl getaway keeps slipping into dream logic, with the old home reshaping itself room by room.
