At Miami plastic surgery practice McNamara/Troy, every patient brings a new procedure and a new mess. Partners Sean McNamara and Christian Troy spend their days reshaping bodies, then carry the damage home as their work collides with marriage, sex, money, and ambition. Sean wants a stable family life and a cleaner sense of right and wrong; Christian chases pleasure and status with far fewer limits. The surgeries are graphic, but the bigger pressure comes from what the clinic attracts: desperate clients, secrets, betrayals, and trouble that keeps spilling from the operating room into their private lives. As the practice grows, so do the cracks in both men's friendship and identities.
