Special Correspondents
Comedy101 min
When a New York radio journalist and his technician lose their passports before a rebel uprising in South America, they cover their mistake with a bigger one: fake reports filed from Manhattan, followed by a phony kidnapping. Ricky Gervais and Eric Bana are the bickering duo at the center of the scheme, hiding out in New York while their invented war story spirals into newsroom chaos, wider scrutiny, and increasingly flimsy alibis.
