Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead
Comedy105 min
Seventeen-year-old Tanya thinks she’s headed for a carefree summer, until her mother leaves for a wellness retreat, the elderly babysitter suddenly dies, and the bills start piling up. Simone Joy Jones is Tanya, now stuck keeping her siblings fed and their mother in the dark while she poses as an adult to land a job as an executive assistant at a fashion company. June Squibb appears as the strict sitter whose death kicks the whole scheme into motion, and Jermaine Fowler is part of Tanya’s new workplace world as she tries to juggle office politics, family chaos, and a lie that keeps getting bigger.
