After Martians abduct his mother, nine-year-old Milo heads to Mars to get her back and finds out what all her rules, reminders, and routines were doing for him on Earth. Seth Green is Milo, the exasperated kid at the center of a rescue mission that turns into a run through a busy Martian world of ships, tunnels, and strange technology. Joan Cusack voices his mom, taken because the aliens want to use her “mom-ness” for their own young. What starts with broccoli and taking out the trash quickly becomes a race across the red planet.
