Nuremberg

DramaThrillerWar149 min

In postwar Germany, U.S. Army psychiatrist Douglas Kelley is assigned to evaluate captured Nazi leaders before the Nuremberg trials, deciding whether they are mentally fit to answer for war crimes. Rami Malek is Kelley, whose interviews with Hermann Göring become a battle over guilt, manipulation, and responsibility. Opposite him is Russell Crowe's Göring, Hitler's former right-hand man, as the Allied case moves toward court under chief prosecutor Robert H. Jackson. The film stays close to the pressure around those early hearings, where legal accountability depends on what happens behind closed doors.
