CrimeDrama54 min per episode

A washed-up lawyer living out of a motel stumbles into a wrongful-death case that could put him back in court against the powerful firm he once helped build. As Billy McBride starts digging, the suit opens onto a larger fight over corporate secrecy, intimidation, and money shielding the truth. Witnesses turn slippery, allies come with their own agendas, and every step forward brings pressure from people who expect the case to disappear. Billy Bob Thornton anchors Billy as he tries to outmaneuver polished opponents with deeper pockets, while each season pushes him into a new battle where the law is tangled up with wealth, corruption, and who gets protected.
