The Untouchables
CrimeDramaThriller119 min
In 1930 Chicago, Eliot Ness is a Prohibition agent trying to bring down Al Capone in a city where payoffs reach the police, the courts, and nearly everyone in between. Kevin Costner is Ness, forced to work outside ordinary channels as he builds a small, hand-picked squad; Sean Connery is part of the inner circle that forms around him. Brian De Palma stages the campaign through raids, surveillance, and public pressure, with Capone’s influence hanging over every move.
