The Oxford Murders

CrimeMysteryThriller108 min

Newly arrived at Oxford University, graduate student Martin is pulled into a murder investigation when an elderly woman is found dead and a cryptic symbol appears at the scene. Elijah Wood is Martin, hoping to study under celebrated logician Arthur Seldom; John Hurt’s Seldom is drawn in when more deaths suggest a pattern built from mathematical symbols. As professor and student chase the logic behind the crimes, the case moves through Oxford’s classrooms and courtyards, where arguments about proof, chance, and meaning sit alongside a growing trail of victims.
