Santa is under pressure to find a wife before he can take over the family job, so he heads to America in search of a Mrs. Claus. Traveling incognito, he meets a kind single mother and her young son, and what starts as a royal obligation begins to feel personal. But keeping his identity secret gets harder as the holidays close in and his duty to the North Pole collides with the life he is building far from home. Steve Guttenberg leads the story as a Santa torn between tradition and love, while Crystal Bernard is the woman who may change what Christmas looks like for him.
