When the host of a popular paranormal podcast moves into her dying mother’s house to become her caregiver, a batch of anonymous audio files turns her routine research into something much closer. Nina Kiri leads as the woman at the center of it, listening to recordings from a young pregnant couple plagued by unexplained noises and recognizing eerie parallels to her own life. With each new file, the distance between storyteller and subject narrows, and the strain at home starts to merge with whatever is speaking through the tapes. Kris Holden-Ried and Michèle Duquet co-star.
