Star Trek: Lower Decks
AnimationComedySci-Fi26 min per episode
On the starship Cerritos, the people doing the least glamorous jobs in Starfleet keep getting pulled into the chaos around them. Ensigns Mariner, Boimler, Tendi, and Rutherford handle second-contact missions, maintenance problems, and the fallout from alien crises while trying to climb the ranks and survive shipboard politics. Their days swing from routine assignments to holodeck disasters, diplomatic messes, and bizarre sci-fi emergencies that would be background details on another Star Trek series. The joke is that the galaxy-spanning adventure keeps colliding with workplace headaches, as the lower decks crew scramble to prove themselves while their ship races from one absurd complication to the next.
