Duplex
Comedy89 min
A young couple buy their dream duplex in a prime New York neighborhood and quickly learn that the sweet little old lady upstairs has no intention of making life easy. Ben Stiller and Drew Barrymore are the hopeful new homeowners, while Eileen Essell's elderly tenant answers every plan with another disruption, from constant noise to outright chaos. Danny DeVito directs the standoff as a black comedy of property woes, neighbor warfare, and the desperate lengths the couple starts to consider.
