Commissar Shakespeare

ComedyDrama113 min

In a police precinct thrown off balance by illness, a hard-edged commissar finds his routines colliding with the world of Shakespeare. As his daughter’s medical crisis reshapes life at home, the station becomes entangled in an unlikely effort to stage a play, pulling officers, suspects, and bystanders into something far outside their usual roles. The comedy comes from that collision between authority and performance, but the pressure is real: family strain, money worries, and the daily grind of the job keep intruding. Directed by Sinan Çetin, the film moves between rough police-station chaos and a father’s attempt to hold his family together.
