In Panchalimedu village, eight-year-old Kallu is fixated on one thing: making the pilgrimage to Sabarimala. When the trip keeps getting postponed, her frustration hardens into a plan, and she sets out on her own with her friend instead of waiting for the adults around her. What begins as a child's determined journey quickly turns into a test of endurance as the two leave the safety of home and face the uncertainty of the road. Their trek forces Kallu to measure faith, fear, and stubborn courage against the realities of the world beyond her village, as the adults behind them realize how far the children have gone.
