The Highwayman
ActionAdventure85 min
Famed highway robber Dick Turpin is forced onto the run through the English countryside after accidentally abducting Elizabeth, the Earl of Pembroke's feisty daughter. What starts as a kidnapping becomes a fugitive pursuit, with Elizabeth's fiancé, Winthroppe, tracking them while she begins to see Turpin differently. Ciaron Davies and Stacey Gough are among the film’s central faces as the chase tightens around a growing attraction, the threat of capture, and a final confrontation over Elizabeth’s heart and her fortune.
