One Fine Day
ComedyDramaRomance108 min
A missed school field trip throws two divorced New York parents into the same increasingly chaotic day. Michelle Pfeiffer is Melanie Parker, an architect juggling deadlines and her son Sammy; George Clooney’s Jack Taylor is a newspaper columnist suddenly stuck with his daughter Maggie after a morning mix-up leaves both kids behind. Forced to trade off childcare while trying to keep their jobs intact, Melanie and Jack spend the day ricocheting across Manhattan, taking their frustrations with ex-spouses out on each other as Sammy keeps finding things to stick up his nose and Maggie has a habit of wandering off.
