When her young son Minato starts acting strangely after an incident at school, a worried mother pushes for answers and finds herself in a widening conflict with teachers and administrators. Sakura Andô is the parent at the center of it, certain that something has gone wrong and unwilling to let the school close ranks around it. As accusations and explanations shift, the story keeps circling the same events through different points of view, turning a case of suspected bullying into something murkier and harder to pin down. Eita Nagayama appears among the adults drawn into the fallout, in a school setting where every account seems partial.
