Civil servant candidate Bimo arrives in an isolated village in Borneo with his pregnant wife, Sriatun, and the new posting quickly turns ominous when a supernatural force fixes on their unborn child. Dimas Aditya and Alyssa Abidin lead the couple at the center of the story, with Putri Ayudya and Elly D. Luthan among the figures surrounding them in the village. Strange incidents begin almost as soon as they settle in, turning a work assignment and a pregnancy into a fight against an unseen threat in a place that feels cut off from help.
